Well, hello there. I’m Chanda.
Business owner. Mom. Recipe collector. Animal wrangler. Strong believer that a good story deserves to be told properly.
A little about me
I help run L.A. Reedy Plumbing and Those Guys Handyman Service, which means my days can go from scheduling jobs and taking care of customers to putting out fires nobody warned me about. Sometimes all before lunch.
Outside the businesses, there’s family, school activities, new recipes to try, and life at Reedy Acres. There are four dogs, Mr. Kitty, and enough distinct personalities under one roof to keep things interesting.
I’m working on something close to my heart, too: The Reedy Family Table: Made with Love. Served with a Side of Chaos. It’s my collection of recipes, family favorites, and the stories that make a meal worth remembering.
So why this blog?
Because I wanted a place that belongs to me. Somewhere the funny stories, hard lessons, kitchen experiments, family memories, and occasional unfiltered opinion can all live together.
Some stories will make you laugh. Some might make you think. Others are just pieces of ordinary life I’d rather not forget. There isn’t one neat theme to it all—and I don’t intend to pretend there is.
